Japan:To Develop Antarctic Territory peacefully

According to United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, all countries have the right to exploit the resources in the Antarctic Pole. He also said that Japan believes that the Antarctic is a land with lots of resources and should be used properly, and hopes that the Antarctic Territory be distributed reasonable.. We think that, the idea of the representative of Japan can be a good one and worth trying. Antarctic territory is rich in resources, such as mineral resources, marine resources, and freshwater resources. Rational allocation of resources can be benefit to human, but if without protection, there will be a great consumption of resource and it will cause serious pollution to the environment. Therefore, Japan should exchange the idea about exploring Antarctic with other countries peacefully to contribute to scientific studies, so as to make a significant contribution to the development of science and civilization.
