没有most ofpeople 这个用法，只有the people ，第二句改为most of the people are always complaining about not have enough money

书上的说法：A wise person is one who knows how to handle the relationship between money and time .
那这种说法对吗？
You could be a wise man,only if you know how to deal with the realations between money and time.

Not enough time should be the only reason.
