미국 Washington DC공연의 공연장이 아래와 같이 변경되었음을 알려드립니다.

- 변경 전 장소: PATRIOT CENTER, GEORGE MASON UNIVERSITY
- 변경 후 장소: Fillmore Theatre http://fillmoresilverspring.com/
- 주소: 8656 Colesville Rd. Silver Spring, MD 20910
공연관련 기술 문제 등의 개선을 위해 부득이하게 장소를 변경하게 되었습니다.
이와 관련하여 앞서 티켓을 구매하신 분들께 예상치 못한 불편을 드리게 된 점에 양해의 말씀 올리며,
보다 원활한 공연의 진행과 관람을 위해 힘쓰고 있음에 너그러운 이해와 협조를 부탁드립니다.
<주의 사항>
•Ticketmaster를 통해 Patriot Center 공연의 티켓을 구매하신 분들께는 Ticket Master에서 즉시 환불처리를 진행할 예정이며, 실제 입금일까지 영업일 기준 2-3일 정도 소요될 수 있습니다.
•해당 공연의 모든 예매자분들은 티켓을 구매하신 예매처를 통해 환불 요청 및 관련 문의 부탁드립니다.

•해당 공연의 입장/관람을 위해서는 Fillmore Theatre의 티켓을 지참하여주십시오. 구 공연장 Patriot Center의 관람권으로는 입장 및 관람이 불가합니다.
•장소 변경된 해당 공연 이외의 3 도시(LA, CA, NY)의 공연 일시장소는 변동이 없습니다. 착오 없으시도록 참고 부탁드립니다.

Due to the technical and logistic issue with the show, venue for INFINITE show in DC/Virginia has been changed to following venue for the same date, i.e. Nov 13, 2013. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.

- Venue(Previously): PATRIOT CENTER, GEORGE MASON UNIVERSITY
- Venue(Newly moved) : Fillmore Theatre http://fillmoresilverspring.com/
- Address: 8656 Colesville Rd. Silver Spring, MD 20910 U.S.A
<Important Information>
•Ticketmaster will refund the tickets previously purchased for the show at Patriot Center immediately following this announcement. It may take 2-3 business days for the customers to receive the refund.
•All customers must contact the point of purchase to inquire about the refund process. Call Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000 for Ticketmaster or Powerhouse at 213-368-0303.
•Those who have purchased the tickets via powerhouselive.net or Powerhouse corporate office will be contacted by Powerhouse staff in the order it was purchased following this announcement. Powerhouse staff will assist to re-arrange the ticket(s).
•Ticketmaster will send emails to all of its customers with the access code that will exclusively provide an opportunity for the customers to purchase the tickets for the newly-moved show at Fillmore Theatre.
•Pre-sale for the show at Fillmore Theatre will begin at 10AM(local time) on Saturday November 2, 2013. Customer can use the access code to secure tickets.
•Newly purchased tickets are needed to enter Fillmore Theatre. Previously purchased tickets for Patriot Center will not be honored.
•There will be no change in schedule for the other 3 shows in Los Angeles, San Jose(CA) and New York.
