<Important Information>
•Ticketmaster will refund the tickets previously purchased for the show at Patriot Center immediately following this announcement. It may take 2-3 business days for the customers to receive the refund.
•All customers must contact the point of purchase to inquire about the refund process. Call Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000 for Ticketmaster or Powerhouse at 213-368-0303.
•Those who have purchased the tickets via powerhouselive.net or Powerhouse corporate office will be contacted by Powerhouse staff in the order it was purchased following this announcement. Powerhouse staff will assist to re-arrange the ticket(s).
•Ticketmaster will send emails to all of its customers with the access code that will exclusively provide an opportunity for the customers to purchase the tickets for the newly-moved show at Fillmore Theatre. Customer can use this access code during Pre-sale for the show at Fillmore Theatre to secure tickets.
•Newly purchased tickets are needed to enter Fillmore Theatre. Previously purchased tickets for Patriot Center will not be honored.
•There will be no change in schedule for the other 3 shows in Los Angeles, San Jose(CA) and New York.I
