Hiring Senior Specialist, Sports Marketing for TaylorMade! Key Responsibilities Sports Marketing: To develop and execute Asia Regional Sports Marketing strategy and plan that are consistent with the Global Brand positioning, strategic vision, and meet the specific market needs of all countries with an emphasis on lead market: • No. 1 TaylorMade Driver on all influential tours in Asia region • No. 1 TaylorMade Fairway wood on all influential tours in Asia region • No.1 Adams Hybrid on all influential tours in Asia region • Travel to predefined Asian Tournament venues to carry out weekly tasks. • Ensure all tools required to fully support the Brand are in place on a weekly basis: Club matrix, including weight box, additional player grips, TrackMan Launch monitor, player accessories, golf ball and soft goods. • Monitor and report driver count status on a weekly basis to the Manager. • Work with the marketing objectives in mind as the contact and liaison point between player and brand in the Asian Region. • As required, attend relevant professional/amateur events within the region, Identify and develop relationships with potential prospects for the future. • Attend demo days throughout the region (as and when required) assisting the Sales Teams where possible offering the Tour Experience to the consumer. • Regularly liaise with Tour Manager on weekly developments. Planning: • Assist with the inventory control, product forecasting and organisation. • Assist with planning for key global Sports Marketing events within the region. • Ensure procedures are in place for player service days within the region. • Create and manage the products and player contracts for the Asia region.
