第四课时：1000LIBC吨桶结构知识梳理
◆管框架:钢管表面涂层处理，采用专利技术，具有很高的抗振动冲击性能，通过欧洲权威部门检测。
◆托 盘:钢托盘/钢塑复合托盘，托盘高度116mm，叉孔高度100mm。
◆内容器:采用抗紫外高密度聚乙烯吹塑一次成型，顶部进料口配有顶盖，包括压力透气装置和密封圈。
◆卸料阀:蝶伐/圆柱伐/球伐, DN50,接头可选粗牙/细牙。
◆可选项:卸料阀门密封材质可供选择，标牌尺寸可根据客户要求定做，转换接头有多种形状可供选择。
1000LIBC吨桶储存：
◆1000LIBC吨桶应存放在清洁、远离热源的地方，避免暴晒。
The container should store at a clean place far away heat source , avoiding violent sun.
◆1000LIBC吨桶的储存保质期为自生产之日起二年。
The storage life of container is 2 year since the production date.
1000LIBC吨桶使用须知：
◆本1000LIBC吨桶的提升方式为底部提升，不允许使用顶部提升方式。
Only lifting IBC from the bottom is permitted. Lifting from the top is forbidden.
◆严禁阀门受到外力冲击和碰撞。
The valve of IBC must be strictly protect from hit or collide.
◆1000LIBC吨桶再次使用时，应进行认真检查确保各部件功能正常。
Before use it again , check the IBC carefully to make sure that all the parts of the IBC are on duty。
