Summary: 
It shows Logan having memories of him first meeting Jean. And him arriving at her grave sight (From her sacrifice at the end of X-2) And Mystique tries to get with him, and he denies her, saying that nobody can replace his love, Jean. And Logan continues to have memories of how she was always with Scott, and never being his. And has memories of him saving her. Then, something happens, and Jean turns up still alive, and where she was last seen at. Then, she has memories of when he saved her. So, they both share memories of each other on/off for a bit, then Logan spots her still alive. And meets up with her, saying that he'll always be there for her, then the Phoenix starts taking over, completely neglecting innocent Jean. Then in the end, Jean is basically saying the lyrics of the chorus back for him.
