美籍华人摄影师陈启华(Frank Q. Chen)年出身于上海。
陈启华摄影是上海生活时尚、婚礼及项目摄影事务所。旨在将目前欧美风行的婚礼新闻纪实摄影推进中国。
作品和专题曾发表在《大众摄影》、《上海摄影》、中国摄影报、《婚典》、《今日新娘》、《世界知识画报-艺术视界》、《时尚Cosmopolitan》德国Stern 杂志、 法国 Paris Match 和 Geo 杂志、英国 University Of Sheffield 报、美国The Knot杂志、Grace Ormonde 杂志等。
在上海摄影培训中心、交通大学和北京、福州等地讲课
1991年赴美，就职BAA Mechanical Engineers 并为各种客户提供摄影服务。
2002年在美国佐治亚州亚特兰大正式创立Frank Chen Photography并成为佐自亚州六大摄影事务所之一被美国高端杂志Grace Ormonde邀请并列入五星摄影事务所。
2003年参加美国国会及国防部二战英雄纪录片Gallery of Heroes的摄制过程
2004年在滨州举行个人世界二战重演摄影展并进行拍摄。Gap, Pennsovania.
2006年成为英国多林金德斯利为联合国儿童基金会项目《像我一样的学校》（A
school like mine） 的特约摄影师负责中国地区学校拍摄策划和拍摄。该书已由多林金德斯利出版发行。(Dorling Kindersley Limited)
2006年在美出版个人影集《完美的瞬间》
2006年应上海图书馆邀请举行个人作品演讲和展示《新闻纪实婚礼摄影》。
2007年重返中国
2007年应邀参加《上海24小时》拍摄活动
2008年特邀参加中德合作影片《约翰 拉贝》的摄制过程
2008年参加《印象上海》摄影画册的策划拍摄和编辑
2009年参加《和谐中华-中国56个民族剪影》摄影画册的策划拍摄和编辑
2009年成为美国领事馆特约随从摄影师拍摄美国国务卿希拉里 克林顿访问上海世博园区
2010年担任罗伯特 凡德 休斯特《中国人家》画册总策划和编辑，该画册已在中国和法国同时出版发行
2010年成为外文出版社邀请的十位国际摄影师之一参加“五洲看无锡国际摄影活动”。该画册已由外文出版社出版，名为《遇见无锡》。
2011年应邀承担由上海文化广场和著名艺术家丁绍光先生合作的巨型当代艺术作品以及文化广场整体室内外建筑和舞台大型机械设备拍摄工作。
2011年成为外文出版社邀请的十位国际摄影师之一参加“五洲看青岛国际摄影活动”。该画册将由外文出版社出版。
2011 与美薇亭合作邀请世界著名婚礼摄影师 Denis Reggie 和 Joe Buissink 来北京讲课 （2011年12月18-19日）。
2011 应邀拍摄张杰和谢娜在香格里拉的婚礼。
2013 担任罗伯特 凡德 休斯特《永恒的世界》画册总策划和编辑.该书已出版。

Frank Chen (Qihua Chen) was born in Shanghai. His work has been published in Popular Photography, Shanghai Photography, Stern of Germany, Paris Match and Geo of France,University of Sheffield of England, The Knot and Grace Ormonde of the States and etc.
1991 Immigrated to the United States
1991-2002 Mechanical engineer in the States and took photography assignments from various clients
2002 Started Frank Chen Photography in Atlanta, Georgia and his studio became one of top photography studios by Grace Ormonde, one of high end lifestyle magazines.
2003 Participated in a documentary movie Gallery of Heroes commissioned by US Congress and the Department of Defence
2004 Exhibition of WII re-enactment in Gap of Pennsylvania, USA.
2006 Commissioned by Dorling Kindersley to be the photographer in China to lead the project titled A School Like Mine for UNICEF. The book, A School Like Mine, was published by DK.
2006 Published a book titled The Perfect Moment in the States.
2006 Lecture/exhibition in Shanghai Library.
2007 Moved back to Shanghai, China
2007 Guest photographer in photo event 24 hours in Shanghai
2008 Participated in movie John Rabe, co-produced by Germany and China
2008 participated in the publication of Image of Shanghai as planer, editor and photographer
2009 participated in the publication of 56 Ethnic Groups in China as planer, editor and photographer
2009 Commissioned by US Consulate to be the photographer during the visiting of Shanghai World Expo site by the Secretary of States, Madame Hilary Clinton.
2010 Chief planer and editor for the publication of Chinese Interiors, authored by Robert van der Hilst.
