Samsung has started the Lollipop update for Galaxy S4 for first time in Russia and a few days ago in India also. In Germany also a Samsung customer care is upgrading Galaxy S4 phones to Android 5.0.1 Lollipop. The rollout will also spread to the US and UK soon in a few days. US carriers like Sprint, T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon will start the rollout of Lollipop to Galaxy S4 in a few days.
