I found the solution. You'll need iFunbox. (it will not work in iFile.) Go to /var/db/timezone and rename "zoneinfo" to "zoneinfo.bak". Create a new folder and call it "zoneinfo". Respring. Go to your /var/db/stash/ folder and open up each main directory until you find the one with the directory "stash" in it. Once found, browse into the stash/_.xxxxxx/share/zoneinfo.default directory and copy all of the files. Paste those copied files into /var/db/timezone/zoneinfo. Reboot.
