初学者很难随心操控梦境，比如你想起飞，但往往你只能跳起来；你想瞬移到前方，但你发现你还在原地；你想在变出一个美女，但往往眼前还是空空如也。
这就需要一个过程或者一个媒介来帮助你达到目的。
比如依靠悬崖来起飞，依靠通道来瞬移，依靠门或者转移视线让美女出现。这些方法会显得自然很多，因为比较贴合你的逻辑而不显得那么突兀。
