Then we got all of the ITS sequence of Trebouxia waiting for BLASTclust. Unfortunatelly some of these sequences may have not only complete ITS gene but also some other gene which we do not want, and some others may include incomplete ITS gene. I tried to edit these sequences but still there are some problems, and I guess this may be one of the reasons that in the BLASTclust result, some species which have the same name were put into different groups.
