六、用途：营养增补剂（锌强化剂）。加工助剂。可用于乳制品，婴幼儿食品，饮液及乳饮料，谷类及其制品，食盐，软饮料，可可粉及其他口味营养型固体饮料，孕产妇配方奶粉。
七、包装：内衬聚乙烯塑料袋，外套复合塑料编织袋，每袋净重25kg。
八、贮存与运输：本品应贮存在干燥通风清洁的库房中，装载运输时要轻装轻放，防止包装破损，防止受潮、受热，运输过程中防止雨淋受潮，应与有毒物品隔离。

5、Character: It is colorless transparent prism or spicule or granularcrystalline powder, odorless. Relative density is 1.957. Melting point is 100℃. It’s easily soluble in water and aqueous solution isacidic to litmus. It’s slightly soluble in ethanol and glycerin. Themonohydrate loses water at temperatures above 238℃; heptahydrate effloresces in dry air at roomtemperature.
6、Usage: It is used as nutritionalsupplement(zinc fortifier) and processing aid. It’s used in milk product,infant food, liquid and milk drinks, grain and its’ products, table salt, softdrinks, maternal formula and coco powder and other flavor nutritional soliddrinks.
7、Packing: It is packed withpolyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outerlayer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
8、Storage and Transport: It should be storedin a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture duringtransportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it mustbe stored separately from poisonous substances.
