Vehicles damaged by a non-allied player should correctly reward points when they were reporting a suicide before.
Remote clients should now correctly see tracer rounds from the NC MAX NS-20 Gorgons.
Fixed animation for ion cannon to be consistent with fired projectiles.
Remote clients should now be able to correctly hear sounds from the NSX Naginata.
Skinning for armor sets has been corrected.
Updated the Darkstar Scythe armor to not clip with the cockpit.
Fixed circumstance where Alarm Module message frequency was faster than intended.
And a few other misc fixes.

Refire time from 114ms to 109ms

Min damage range from 70m to 80m

Refire time from 109ms to 104ms
