本产品是一种新型包覆材料，采用进口原材料经特殊工艺和配方加工而成。用于橡胶管包覆硫化使用，尤其适用于三元乙丙胶管外胶以及各种合成橡胶管外胶的包覆硫化，易剥落，不粘胶，外观亮。 包覆厚度为1.5～1.6mm，不需再造粒，粉碎后，（粉碎机底萝直径孔为5mm），直接烘干使用，（烘干温度为100℃）随烘干随使用，挤出温度260～270℃。
由于本产品密度大于TPX，所以在粉碎后可直接使用，不需造粒，不会在料斗内形成架桥等现象。本产品的使用方法与日本三井的TPX完全相同并可完全替代，使用次数高于TPX，成本低，质量稳定，是淘汰替代TPX的理想产品。

This product is a new type of cladding material which is manufactured from imported raw materials through special technique and formula. It is used for coating vulcanization of rubber tubes, especially that of EPDM and various kinds of synthetic rubber tubes, which is easy to flake off, non - viscose, bright appearance. 1.5 to 1.6-mm coating thickness enables it to be used directly after grinding (the crusher base radish diameter hole is 5mm) and drying (drying temperature is 100 ℃ without granulation. It is ready for use at any time after drying and the extrusion temperature is 260 ~ 270 ℃.
Since the product density is greater than TPX, it can be used directly after pulverization, without granulation or forming a bridge in the hopper. The use method of this product is exactly the same as that of TPX in Mitsui of Japan, with the latter being completely replaced. This product proves an ideal alternative to TPX with its more times of use, low cost and stable quality.
