Gossip Girl Taylor Momsen was hanging out in LA as we got these fotos of her shopping in Beverly Hills. We’re assuming Taylor was shopping for her arrival on the Red Carpet and that she was in LA for the Golden Globes. Normally, we only snap Taylor in New York, so it’s nice for a change of scenery!
