充能是在dnd4e中引入，在dnd5e中沿用的游戏概念，是代替了需要统计的“1d4轮后能再次使用”的新设计。简单来说，就是不确定的cd，为了避免桌面游戏人脑记录cd的麻烦的存在，有以下操作措施——
每轮rolld6，如果出现了骰子上的数值与充能要求数值一样（比如图中是5-6），则怪物重获使用该威能的能力。除此之外，某些威能可能要求满足特定的条件时充能。

Recharge ⚁ ⚂ ⚃ ⚄ ⚅: The power has a random chance of recharging during each round of combat. At the start of the monster’s turn, roll 1d6. If the roll is one of the die results shown, the power is recharged and the monster can use it again that turn. The power also recharges after a short rest.
Recharges when . . . : The power recharges under a spe-cific circumstance, such as when the monster is first bloodied,when it bloodies a foe, and so forth. The power also rechargesafter a short rest.
