deal. Roland Emmerich has produced and directed such blockbusters as Independence Day and
Godzilla. His latest project, 2012, is due out Nov. 13 and is one of those star-studded end-of-the-world
flicks—with a Mayan or two thrown in for good measure. Lambert just went into the studio to record
a track for the flick—and Emmerich was impressed enough to consider using it for the closing credits.
