彼岸的人在召唤

與其讓瘋狂的念頭奴役你，不如認識它們空性的本質。觀察仇恨的本質；你會發現這只不過是一個念頭。當你看到它本來的樣子，它就會像天空中的雲一樣消散。

弟子问：您如何定义好的修行者？
宗萨仁波切答曰：
阿底峡尊者曾说，当你不再执着此生，你就是个修行者；
当你不尊崇世俗的常识、世俗的条理纪律，当你不介意混乱，我想你开始成为一名好的修行者；
当你被人类驱逐、被流浪狗发现、被天神尊敬，天神是最高的，如果他们尊敬你，你就是个特别的人，意即佛法修行人。但是谁有这种勇气？在现今世界里，你必须走入社会，不要被社会驱逐，被社会接纳是如此重要，不是吗？甚至你裤子的尺寸与样式都必须符合潮流，剪裁很好的直裤或是像这些快要掉下来的裤子。。。

與普通飲料不同，正念的甘露隨時隨處可得，可以一勞永逸地解渴。至尊米拉熱巴說，“如果你需要喝點東西，那就喝正念與警覺的茶。”
