Posistion needed: Salespersions （銷售員）
- The position is expected to be in charge of
1. Searching for potential clients (optional)
2. Qualifying potential clients and closing deals
3. Taking care of progress and keeping relationship with clients in the long run
Expectation for candidates
- Effective communication in English
- Basic knowledge of supply chain and overseas e-commerce. (跨境電商及外貿)
- Good persuation skills
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Willing to learn and adapt.
About us:
Our mission is to provide the best supply chain service to small to medium overseas e-commerce sellers to help them grow their business. Our core business is to help the sellers source and fulfillment their products. We have our own warehouse in Guangdong, China and oversea warehouses in some popular E-commerce countries.
Breif explanation for work flow
- Our source of clients is from social media.
- Sales Funnel: Leads (potentail clients) -> Qualifying -> Prospects & Closing
- There are 2 major types of potential clients who you can close the deals with.
1. Leads provided by us - We have a team to constantly search for leads and pass on to candiates for closing. (Easier to close, lower commision)
2. Cold leads searched by candidates and closing - Candidates can also search for leads and close the deals. (Higher commision)
- Candidates are allowed to work from home or work on freelance basis (without base salary)
- Candidates will need to use VPN to gain access to western social media and platforms.
Resources provided and needed
- After interviewing, we will provide a complete guideline and tutorial for the
- Our sales support team will provide full support after closing. Salespersions, however, are required to keep track on the progress and relationship with the clients, for upsell purposes.
Salary and Commision
