蚕蛹150克,韭菜100克,姜末、精盐、味精素油等适量。将韭菜、蚕蛹分别洗净备用。炒锅置火上放入油,将沥净水的蚕蛹略炒,再放入韭菜段,加入姜末、精盐、味精翻炒均匀即可装盘上桌。可补气养血,温肾助阳,消除疲劳,抗衰老。
