Polarbit在iPhone的3D游戏制作方面经验丰富，这次的Iron Sight从背景、场地、作战单位到各种效果都十分精美，是3D游戏中不可多得的佳作，声效也十分逼真，很好地表现出了机械单位的特点
游戏的玩法类似于百战天虫，但是在第一人称视角下的瞄准和移动都令人感觉很新鲜，需要一定的空间距离感，而且地形的影响变得更大，有时还会遮挡视线，战略性更强。
