Beat "Story Mode" at difficulty 6 or higher  
Shira Bell appears after you beat Bell  
Story Ending appears after you beat Shira Bell  
Unlock "Zim Survival Mode":  
Beat "Story Mode" at any difficulty using no continues  
Hold ENTER while selecting "Survival Mode"  
Unlock Zim:  
Get at least 2 wins in "Zim Survival Mode"  
Hold "JUMP" while selecting Bell  
(Note: Only works for player 2 in "Versus Mode")  
Unlock "Shira Bell Survival Mode":  
Get at least 10 wins in any "Survival Mode"  
Unlock Shira Bell:  
Must have "Zim Survival Mode" Unlocked  
Beat the game at difficulty 9 or higher (Continues don't matter)  
Hold "BLOCK" while selecting Bell.  
Unlock "Extra Options":  
Must have "Zim Survival Mode" Unlocked  
Get at least 100 points in the mini-game  
Extra Options will show up under the Options menu
