1.solid experience with cloud native technology such as Kubernetes, Docker and associated eco systems
2. strong hands on relevant and active engagement with Alibaba Cloud. Will be a plus if experience with Azure/AWS/GC
3. programming experience in one or several languages: Python/GO
4. strong understanding of DevOps / SRE methodology, hands on experience with infrastructure as code framework, such asTerraform
5. having a communicative mind set
6. Fluent spoken and written in English is a plus

1，资深devops
主要的技术是golang和kubernetes;
日常工作，kubernetes operator和prometheus exporter开发，还有就是kubernetes集群维护工作。
开发语言 Golang / Python 均可，Golang为佳
还是看K8S上做过开发的，python或者go都行，开发语言不限，只要有小程序开发经验即可。熟悉阿里云，有监控经验；英语好的话 技术可以放低要求
2：资深devops
熟悉K8S，Prometheus ， CI/CD 微服务，
阿里云相关经验，英文口语好，形象好。
:3：Junior devops
技术同上， 英文口语需要非常流利，最好是国外留学回国。
技术占30%-40% ，英文、沟通占比60-70%。
