x4砍了一部分 叫x4m 是1+3+4

x4m是密度库，砍了浮点（用处不大），缓存，频率也有所降低

天玑9300和8GEN3什么的看2.6ghz性能就行，玩游戏就2.0ghz~2.6ghz的频率。除了解压文件，制作视频什么的能睿到3.3ghz频率坚持几秒，以及跑分软件能睿频到最高频率外，其他的不会超过2.6ghz。跑到最高频率功耗有17W。

x4m和x4性能差距不大，所以联发科那边没单拎出来

mtk真正的4+4只有天鸡1000跟天鸡820，全都是发热爆炸的垃圾玩意

Stand-alone instantiation of Cortex-X4 Low Performance Configuration ( VEC - 2x128b / L2 512K ) is prohibited.
