Answering a couple questions:
What about the new mechanics?
- The main focus of development right now is on stabilizing everything and getting to release, so optional mechanics will be introduced into the game after.
What about the other modes? 10x10, 1x1?
- The development team is giving the highest priority to perfect matchmaking and the least time to find the game. As soon as online stabilizes - we will make decisions about splitting matchmaking into other modes. Right now, players have the option to create a custom lobby outside of matchmaking from 1x1 to 5x5.
Why not early access?
- Even at the start of the project we prioritized a high quality product from the very beginning of the game. That's why we chose the classic release model after several open beta tests to calibrate the game and test our code, which was created as you understand not 10 years ago, but over the past 3 years.
