1：Well, not really, travelling by cars is the last choice to go to travel I think. cus it's a bit dangerous I guess, and besides， I believe that travelling by car is pretty tied. so Never will I travel by car, especially when I travel alone.
2: I definitely prefer the public one. since it's relatively safer than traveling by car, which matters a lot.You know, The rate of cars accidents are much higher than that of the public transport. And for another, it's much more economical, especially at this present time, driving cars is quite costly due to the petrol price. So travelling by public transport is the best choice for me.
