关于there be句型的主谓一致【英语吧】

……我就想问一下，there be 句型的主谓一致，后面跟的名词与保持一致，那么关于名词的修饰呢？
譬如
there （be） a many apples
there （be） quantities of apples

there is an apple(单数对应is)
there are many apples(复数对应are)
there are quantities of apples(复数对应are)

there不是主语，be后面的才是……
