One Direction’s ‘You and I’ Will Hit Pop Radio on April 15
Directioners, are you ready for a new single from the guys? One Direction just announced that ‘You and I’ will be released to pop radio on April 15!
The swoon-worthy ballad is sure to melt the hearts of many a Directioner. (The PopCrush staff included!) While we’re super excited for the new track, this also might answer some other questions we’ve had on our minds. Namely, is this the music video One Direction was shooting recently?
The band teased us with tweets and pic from the shoot, which hints that the guys will be going monochromatic in all-grey outfits. That reminds us of their dashing ensembles at the American Music Awards last fall!
Other pics show gloomy weather as Zayn, Louis, Niall, Harry and Liam filmed the video on a pier in Somerset, England. The ominous backdrop would be a good fit for the power ballad, which definitely has a more mature sound than the gents’ last single, ‘Midnight Memories.’
