Hello and thank you for contacting Epic Games.
I do apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused. We are aware of the issue and will be glad to assist you with it. So that I can address this issue, can you please do the following:
1. Ensure our in-game Cloud system is active.
• Pause the game to enter the Character Customization screen.
• Tap the gear in the top right corner of the screen.
• Tap “Options” from the menu.
• Make sure Cloud Saving is enabled. If it is not, tap the button to turn it on.
• Please leave Cloud Saving enabled until we notify you that it is safe to turn it off.
2. Send us your technical data.
• Pause the game to enter the Character Customization screen.
• Tap the gear in the top right corner of the screen.
• Tap “Options” from the menu.
• Tap “Help” from the menu.
• Scroll to the bottom of the list and tap “Technical Data”.
• Take a screenshot. (Hold your devices Power Button and Home Button at the same time)
• Reply to this e-mail with your Technical Data attached.
Do not play your game.
1. After activating Cloud Saves, kill your app by double tapping the home button and swiping the game away.
2. Do not launch Infinity Blade III until you receive an e-mail from me letting you know it is safe to do so.
We will send you further instructions as soon as possible and appreciate your continued patience as we are experiencing higher than normal ticket volume due to this issue.

          Hello and thank you for contacting us regarding the Dragoor quest in Infinity Blade III.
          I wanted to provide you with some information regarding the appearance of Dragoor in Infinity Blade III. Please be aware that the quest to awaken Dragoor will only appear after you have killed the first two dragons, Ba'el and Pisci. Once you have successfully completed the final quests to vanquish these two dragons, a new quest will appear on the World Map. Taking on this quest will awaken the final dragon, Dragoor, who was added in Infinity Blade III: Kingdom Come.
          If you have not defeated the first two dragons, please reply and let us know so that we do not unnecessarily alter your save. If this is the case, you are free to play IB3 after replying to this message.
          If you have successfully defeated Ba'el and Pisci and are not seeing the new quest "Interlude – The Dragoor", we can resolve this issue. However, doing so will require that you not play your game until we have had a chance to access your save. Due to our current volume of requests, this could take up to a week - rest assured, we'll be working round the clock to have everyone fighting the dragon ASAP! If you wish to play your game and wait for the new dragon quest, we will be releasing a patch in 2-3 weeks that will resolve this issue for everyone it impacts.
          If you have contacted us previously and wish to play your game now and wait for the patch, please reply and let us know. If this is the first time you've contacted us and would like customer support to solve this issue for you as soon as possible, please let us know.
