Hello and thank you for contacting Epic Games.
I do apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused. We are aware of the issue and will be glad to assist you with it. So that I can address this issue, can you please do the following:
1. Ensure our in-game Cloud system is active.
• Pause the game to enter the Character Customization screen.
• Tap the gear in the top right corner of the screen.
• Tap “Options” from the menu.
• Make sure Cloud Saving is enabled. If it is not, tap the button to turn it on.
• Please leave Cloud Saving enabled until we notify you that it is safe to turn it off.
2. Send us your technical data.
• Pause the game to enter the Character Customization screen.
• Tap the gear in the top right corner of the screen.
• Tap “Options” from the menu.
• Tap “Help” from the menu.
• Scroll to the bottom of the list and tap “Technical Data”.
• Take a screenshot. (Hold your devices Power Button and Home Button at the same time)
• Reply to this e-mail with your Technical Data attached.
Do not play your game.
1. After activating Cloud Saves, kill your app by double tapping the home button and swiping the game away.
2. Do not launch Infinity Blade III until you receive an e-mail from me letting you know it is safe to do so.
We will send you further instructions as soon as possible and appreciate your continued patience as we are experiencing higher than normal ticket volume due to this issue.
