自制冰淇淋的做法
1.蛋黄加细砂糖40克搅匀后加入牛奶混合均匀

2.小火慢慢加热,全程不停搅拌,保持似开未开的状态,一直到浆水浓厚,关火

4.淡奶油加10克糖,稍打发
