如题,机器翻译的只能看懂个别意思,求大神帮我来个准确易懂的翻译,麻烦了!

▼ Previous Player Name (Please list all if you ever changed it)
▼ Previous Player Level (displayed on the top left)
▼ Raid Class (RC)
▼ Date and time you started playing
▼ Date and time you played last
▼ Name and Types of units you possess (e.g ヴァルガス(アニマ), list as many as possible)
▼ Attribution you selected at the beginning of the story
▼ Transfer code and Password you issued
(Expired ones are also accepted)
▼ Names of friends (List as many as possible)
▼ Progress on quests
▼ Purchase history (date and time, price, etc.)

(3) Press your previous transaction and go into details
(4) Confirm your order number, date and time of purchase, and item price
